TermoCompo – Indústria Termopástica, Lda., With headquarters in Andreus – Barreira, municipality of Leiria, is responsible for the treatment, determining the purposes and means of processing the personal data that it collects in the scope of normal operation of the organization.

This policy covers the TermoCompo website (www.termocompo.pt) and all processes and procedures that make reference to it, in the scope of the collection and processing of personal data, carried out by TermoCompo in the execution of its activity.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and its purpose, as well as the rights of the owners with respect to personal data, namely access, updating, elimination and limitation of data processing, among others.

TermoCompo reserves the right to update or modify its Privacy Policy whenever it is necessary to comply with legal obligations and to guarantee and respect the privacy of the personal data we collect.

TermoCompo collects data on its employees within the establishment of employment contract and consequently registration of attendance, contact and processing of salaries, as well as the data of candidates in the scope of the process of recruitment and selection.

In addition to the data of employees, TermoCompo maintains in its database the contacts of employees, of its customers and suppliers in order to expedite the communication with them in the scope of the sale/provision of service and orders of supply, respectively, as well as the Name and email of users who request contact or clarification through the contact form made available for this purpose in our Website, in which case the data in question is used exclusively for the purpose of contact and/or clarification of doubts, as requested by the user in the respective message.

TermoCompo collects the data exclusively for the purposes identified above based on the employment relationship it establishes with employees, the recruitment process and for contact with its customers and suppliers.

TermoCompo collects site navigation data only for statistical purposes and do not store personal data.

This information is used solely for statistical purposes of the website and is not shared with any other entity.

The personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary and appropriate to the pursuit of the treatment purposes identified for each case.

The data of collaborators will be stored during the legally stipulated time after the employee disassociates of the company. The data of the jobseekers are stored until the data subject opposes their maintenance or up to a maximum of 2 years after their collection. In the case of customer and supplier contacts, they will be maintained as long as the respective collaboration between the companies is maintained and as long as the data subject in question maintains a work link with the customer or supplier.

Personal data may be stored for a longer period of time if it is necessary to fulfill obligations arising from a contract entered into. Likewise, TermoCompo may keep such data if required to do so by law, judicial decision or decision of a Control Authority.

TermoCompo will take the necessary and reasonable precautions to ensure that its employees with access to personal data are adequately trained in their correct processing, with respect to this policy and legal data protection obligations, segmenting the accesses minimizing the risk of access to personal data.

In accordance with the General Regulation of Personal Data, the Data Holder has the right to be aware of the purpose of the processing of his data and may also request that such data be consulted, rectified, deleted or request that his treatment be limited as a right to complain to the Control Authority (CNPD).
